This famous sci-fi series follows the adventures of Lt. Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) and her recurring encounters with a lethal alien species. In "Alien", Ripley is part of a transportation crew sidelined to explore a strange beacon only to discover this new, deadly species. Decades later, in "Aliens" Ripley is once again forced to face the creatures, this time in a rescue operation of the colonists of the strange planet where she first encountered the alien. "Alien 3" finds her soon after on a prison colony, fighting to survive in a labyrinth-like prison from the deadly creature. "Alien Resurection," the final film in this quadrilogy, finds Ellen Ripley, changed, trying to save herself and a band of mercenaries from a new evolution of the aliens.
