Undercover CIA agent Kevin Pope (Chris Rock) is killed when his mission to retrieve a stolen suitcase bomb goes awry. The CIA then recruits his identical twin brother Jake Hayes (Chris Rock), a small-time grifter separated from Kevin at birth, to fill in. His CIA partner is Agent Oakley (Anthony Hopkins), who doesn’t trust him but sees no other way to complete the mission. Once in Prague, they meet with Adrik Vas (Peter Stormare) an ex-KGB agent who has the bomb. But confusion and chaos ensue when both Kevin’s girlfriend Nicole (Garcelle Beauvais), Jake’s girlfriend Julie (Kerry Washington), and rival terrorist Dragan Adjanic (Matthew Marsh) get involved in the deal. The bomb ends up in the hands of terrorists and only Hayes and Oakley have the codes to disarm it before it destroys Grand Central.
